Bio:

Once a fan-favorite known as “The Wrangler,” a good ol’ boy from Texas who fought for the people, Nick Turner has since shed his cowboy hat for a black Stetson and a darker purpose. The transformation began in early 2023, following a string of frustrations and a bitter loss to Leo Ironside. No longer content to play by the rules while others cut corners, Turner turned his back on the fans, embracing a ruthless new persona: “The Desperado.”

Re-emerging from Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, Turner wasted no time carving his name into the history books. He became the first-ever PWA Voltage Champion in 2024, defending the gold against top contenders such as Blake Banks and “Heartbreak” Jake in a reign defined by his “CowboyJitsu” style—and the occasional, controversial use of brass knuckles.

Turner’s hunger for power didn’t end with the Voltage title. In 2026, he formed a dangerous alliance with “The Bombshell” Shelly Benson. Calling themselves “The Desperados,” the pair vowed to become “The Law” of PWA. They made good on that threat at All-Star Battle Vol. 6 in July 2026, defeating “The Hollywood Horrors” (Lexi Gomez & Dean Taylor) to become the Inaugural PWA Dynamic Duos Champions.

Now, “The Desperado” stands at the top of the mountain, wanted dead or alive by his enemies but untouchable in the ring. He warns the entire roster that while justice is blind, The Desperado sees everything—and no one is above his law.
